The product

What is Cible?

A sales-automation suite: lead research, map-based prospecting, quotes, and an AI Co-Pilot — all in one bilingual dashboard.

What exactly does the free preview number count?

The number of companies currently registered with the Quebec enterprise register that match the three answers you gave: industry, region, and size. A second number tells you how many of them registered within the last twelve months. The first is a floor rather than a total — the register does not state a municipality for every company, and without one we cannot attach a company to a region, so the real number is higher. That is why the page says "at least".

Where does the data come from?

Our corpus covers 880,000+ companies registered with the Quebec enterprise registry (REQ), supplemented by research. A registration is not a sales record: from there, Cible finds the website and the person to contact. It stays current with each REQ release: new companies are added and dissolved ones are removed from search. Contacts are ranked by decision-maker. Signals come from Quebec open data and public registries, used under the CC-BY 4.0 licence — and each signal is linked to its source in the app.

How does Cible know which businesses are moving?

The Signals page (Pro and Business) follows Quebec public records — contracts awarded, open tenders, new licences and permits, openings, hiring resumptions, construction and housing projects, land and zoning moves, and expansions or acquisitions — and links them to your company database. You see who just won a contract or is about to build, with contacts ready to reach and a one-click opener draft.

What can the Co-Pilot actually do?

Anything you can do with a click, on request: find websites, contacts, and verified emails; save and update your pipeline; draft emails, proposals, and quotes; fill in your business context; manage its own schedule. Everything it finds or writes lands in the app — nothing gets lost in a chat.

Can the Co-Pilot compile research into a report?

Yes. Ask it to research several companies or contacts and it hands back a clear report, saved with your documents — reopen it anytime.

Can Cible find new leads for me automatically?

Yes, on the Business plan. Turn it on and autonomy discovers companies that match your business context, researches the contacts, and queues them for your approval — nothing is added without your yes.

Does the Co-Pilot send emails?

No. It drafts and proposes, but never sends and connects to no external account. You control every send.

Privacy & security

Are you Law 25 compliant?

Yes. Consent denied by default, access and rectification rights, a designated privacy officer. See our privacy policy.

Is my dictation stored?

No. Quotes works from text — if you dictate, only the resulting text reaches us; no audio file ever passes through our servers.

Where is data hosted?

With reputable vendors (see our subprocessor list). Some processing may occur outside Quebec; we disclose this in our policy.

How do I ask you to remove my information?

If your personal information appears in our data, fill out our data removal form or email us at cible@zasenami.com. We verify your identity and respond within 30 days (Law 25, PIPEDA).

Pricing & billing

How much does it cost?

Solo $99, Pro $199, Business $399 CAD/mo. Pay yearly and get one month free (Solo $1,089, Pro $2,189, Business $4,389 CAD/yr). GST and QST are added at checkout.

How does AI usage work?

Each plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance. Need more? Add a top-up whose balance rolls over.

Can my price go up?

No. Your price is locked at what you signed up at, for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption. Changing plans, or coming back after a cancellation, happens at current pricing.

What if the business no longer exists?

Research fees paid for a company that is no longer registered with the Quebec enterprise register return to your allowance, automatically. The credit applies to your allowance and never as cash; it covers research paid for before we recorded the change, once per company. An amalgamated company stays registered under its successor: that is not a closure.
