Acceptance

By creating an account or using Cible, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to do so.

The service

Cible is a sales-automation platform: lead research, prospecting, quotes, and an AI Co-Pilot. The Co-Pilot drafts and proposes, but sends no email and connects to no external account on your behalf.

The features included vary by the plan you choose; the current detail is published on the pricing page.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. One account equals one user (per-user subscription).

Acceptable use

• Do not use Cible for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Do not send spam or violate anti-spam laws (CASL).
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate, or consumption limits.
• Respect third-party rights and applicable law.

Anti-spam and responsible outreach

Cible drafts outreach for you to send yourself: Cible never sends email on your behalf. You are the sender, and you remain responsible for every message you send.

Whenever you contact someone, you are responsible for complying with Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL/LCAP) and privacy law. In practice, that means:

• Have a lawful basis or the person’s consent before contacting them.
• Identify yourself clearly, with your business name.
• Include a valid mailing address.
• Provide a working unsubscribe mechanism.
• Honour any opt-out within 10 business days.
• Do not misuse contact data (no spam, harassment, or reselling) and honour data-removal requests.

Subscription and billing

Plans are billed in advance, per user, on a monthly basis. Taxes (GST/QST) are calculated at checkout. You change plans from the Billing page in the app: an upgrade takes effect immediately and only the prorated difference is charged; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no refund, and the new price applies from the next cycle. The customer portal handles your invoices, payment method, and cancellation.

Price lock: the price of your subscription remains the one in effect when you subscribed. A price increase does not apply to a subscription that has stayed active without interruption. Changing plans, or subscribing again after a cancellation, happens at current pricing; one-time top-ups are billed at the price shown on the day of purchase.

Closed-business credit: if a company the service put in front of you is no longer registered with the Quebec enterprise register, the research fees you paid for that company are credited back to your allowance. The credit applies to your allowance and never as cash; it covers research paid for before we recorded the change; it is granted once per company. An amalgamated company stays registered under its successor and does not qualify.

Loyalty month: after 11 paid subscription invoices on a continuous subscription, the next invoice is reduced by an amount equal to one month of the plan paid for (proration invoices from a plan change and $0 invoices do not count). The benefit repeats every 12 months for as long as the subscription remains active. It has no cash value and ends with the subscription.

First-month guarantee: if, during the 30 days following your first payment, the service has not put in front of you at least the number of reachable decision-makers shown on your plan when you subscribed (a named email, or the company’s own address, phone or social page), your first subscription invoice is refunded in full to the original payment method. The claim is made from the Billing page between day 25 and day 45 after that payment; it is judged on the contact details the service found for you during those 30 days, as recorded in your account. One claim per subscription, on the first paid invoice only; $0 invoices and proration invoices open no right. The refund does not cancel the subscription.

AI consumption and top-ups

AI usage is measured by percentage meters: a monthly base that resets and a top-up balance that rolls over with no expiry date. Top-ups are one-time purchases, non-refundable once consumed.

Data and ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter. The shared company corpus remains our property or that of its sources. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service.

Availability

We strive for reliable service, but it is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. The first-month guarantee described above applies notwithstanding this clause.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable Canadian law. Any dispute falls under the courts of the district of Montreal. The French version prevails (Law 96).
