Start with Solo if your difficulty is knowing who to call: the whole enterprise register, the lists and the map, yours to search. Every morning, you know which companies to call and why today: the spotting is already done, the decision-maker identified, the outreach drafted. You review, you send, you close.
Why "at least"
The numbers on each plan are guaranteed minimums, not ceilings. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and these minimums are derived from worst-case cost and from the worst measured hit rate — in practice most reps get more done in a month. A reachable decision-maker is a named email, or the company’s own address, phone or social page.
Nothing is billed quietly. When the month's allowance is used up, paid actions stop: you either wait for next month or add a top-up — your call, no automatic overage. An email we cannot find is never charged and never counts against your included emails; a result already on file is served again for free.
Changing plans: an upgrade takes effect immediately and only the prorated difference is charged. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for — you keep your current plan until then, there is no refund, and the new price applies from the next cycle.
Top-ups that never expire
Busier month? Add a one-time top-up — +25%, +50%, or +100% of your plan's monthly allowance, from $20 to $270. Unused balance rolls over and never expires: what you paid for stays yours, even if you only use it six months from now.
Your price will not move
Your plan is locked at the price you signed up at. If our prices go up, your subscription stays at what you pay today, for as long as it remains active without interruption. Two details, so the promise stays checkable: if you change plans, the new plan is at current pricing, and if you cancel and come back later, you come back at current pricing. One-time top-ups are always billed at the price shown on the day you buy them. Prices rise as the corpus and the signal families grow. Yours never does.
A closed business costs you nothing
If a company Cible put in front of you is no longer registered with the Quebec enterprise register, the research fees you paid for it are credited back to your allowance, automatically — you never have to ask. Three details, so the promise stays checkable: the credit applies to your allowance and never as cash, it covers research paid for before we recorded the change, and it is granted once per company. An amalgamated company stays registered under its successor: that is not a closure.
Your first month is guaranteed
If your first 30 days don’t put the number of reachable decision-makers promised on your plan in front of you — a named email, or the company’s own address, phone or social page — your first invoice is refunded in full, to the original payment method. You claim it in one click from the Billing page between day 25 and day 45 after your first payment; the page shows your count at all times, and it is judged on what Cible found for you during those 30 days. One claim per subscription, on the first paid invoice only; the subscription continues and stays cancellable at any time.
What you are actually paying for
Every day, Cible reads Quebec public records — registered companies, contracts awarded, open tenders, permits, new licences, establishments opening — and hands you three things: which company is moving, who decides there, and how to reach them. The legwork you used to do by hand, already done when you start your day.
What Business does not include
Business adds autonomy, not an enterprise platform: no additional seats, no single sign-on (SSO), no API access, no CRM integration. One account, one rep. If you need those, email us before you pay rather than after.

How does AI usage work?
Prices are in Canadian dollars and billed in Canadian dollars — no conversion on your statement. GST and QST are calculated at checkout based on your address. Data comes from the Quebec enterprise registry and Quebec open data (CC-BY 4.0 licence); in the app, every signal links back to its official source.
